Altamont - Mrs. Edna Jean Turner, 87, passed away Thursday June 19, 2014 at her home with her family at her side. She was born in Altamont, Tennessee on October 7, 1927 to J.B. and Dora Ann Nunley Killian who preceded her in death along with her son, Robert Earl Turner; husband Robert Eston Turner. She was a member of the Gruetli Church of God.
She is survived by her sons, Danny, Larry and Ricky Turner; sister, Wanda Sue (Quentin) Partin, Pelham, TN; brothers, Carl David Killian, Altamont, TN and Stanley Earl Killian of Edna Green, IN; grandchildren, Krysti Erin Stuhlman and Lora Lynn Whitman; 6 great grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mike Partin officiating with burial to follow in the Altamont Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
