Tullahoma - Mrs. Charlotte Ruth Williams Newton, 64, passed away Monday August 25, 2014 in Manchester, Tennessee. She was Born in Brookhaven, New York on October 19, 1949 to Ellis and Norma Spalding Williams who preceded her in death along with her sister, Eleanor Lawrence. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Tullahoma Ward and Co-founder and Vice President of the Teddy Bear Care Corporation. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Byron) Turner, Tullahoma; son, Eric Burton, Philadelphia, PA; brothers, Fred and Chuck Williams, Allentown, PA; sisters, Sarah (Gerald) Huff, Oak Harbor, WA, Elizabeth (Rev. William) Roberts, Carmichaels, PA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Saturday, September 6, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with cremation to follow.
