Beersheba Springs - Miss Gina Lynn Smartt, 41, passed away at her home Sunday November 9, 2014. She was born in McMinnville on October 31, 1973. She was a 1992 graduate and cheerleader at Grundy County High School. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Vester and Lorene Woodlee Smartt, Lloyd and Eudora Smartt Tate.
She is survived by her daughter, Samantha M. Meeks; granddaughter, Marlie Meeks; father, Robin Sr. (Diane) Smartt; mother, Lola Tate Harding; brother, Robin Smartt Jr.; nieces, Mirrandie, Desaray and Kylie Brook Smartt.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Altamont Cemetery. Visitaiton: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
