Moma, I miss you more with each passing day. I'm glad you're not suffering anymore but my heart is so broken. I miss you more than I can express. You will always be in my thoughts and I will miss you everyday for the rest of my life. I love you.

I have many memories of Mrs. Linda. She was a funny outgoing person, and loved her children fiercely. I remember one specific incident at the hair hut, she had my hair all rolled up in a perm, and we were waiting for the chemical to process, somebody got her talking about an incident with one of the kids, and she was in rare form! We forgot about the timer on my hair, and wound up having a burn on my neck..lol She was so apologetic, I remember her saying, anybody messes with my and they mess with me! We laughed about it for a long time. I would love just stopping in there to see her. I know she suffered for a long time, and how hard it was to watch that happen. Try to find comfort in knowing she is at peace now, and her suffering is no more. Love you all

Linda Kay I will always remember our summers together at Granny's house and yours. Carrying water to your house, blackberry picking (I think we ate more than we gathered), swinging from the weeping willows and knowing we had a full life ahead of us. You could make me laugh until I cried and I'm sorry we didn't get to spend more time together as we aged. I will always remember and miss you until we meet again!

Scotty, Teresa, Haley and rest of family. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious mother. I will always remember how much my mother enjoyed her company and how sweet she was to my mom. I hope yo can find comfort in knowing she is with Brooke and other loved ones but I know you will always miss her dearly. You were very blessed to have such a sweet and caring mother.
