Gruetli-Laager - Mr. George Robert Smith, 60, passed away at his home Monday February 16, 2015. He was a US Army Veteran. He was born in Grundy County on December 4, 1954 to George and Thelma Jordan Smith who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Vicki Trussell Smith; son, George Lamar (Kelly) Smith, Shelbyville; daughter, April Lynn (Travis) Partin, Decherd; brothers, William and James (Linda) Smith, Jack Wyatt; grandchildren, Emily Smith and Tyler Womack.
Services will be private.
