BEERSHEBA SPRINGS - Mrs. Patricia Ann "Patty" Whitman, 78, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at her home with her family at her side. She was born February 13, 1937 to Oscar Taylor and Martha Jane Napier Wooten who preceded her in death along with her husband, Lyndon "Pete" Whitman; brother, Glenn Wooten.
She is survived by her sons, Doyle Whitman and Terry (Barbara) Whitman; grandchildren, Isaac, Denise (Casey), Bridget, Zackary and Tater; brother, Leon Taylor; sister, Janice Shiner; loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Wayne Norris and Bro. Jim King officiating with burial to follow in the Hunerwadel Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. Online condolences at www.laynefuneralhome.com
