Obituary of Bobby Leon White

Palmer - Mr. Bobby Leon White, 76, passed away at his home Friday April 10, 2015. He retired from the United States Marine Corp with 27 years service and was a heavy equipment operator. He was born in Palmer, Tennesse on March 12, 1939 to Allen Leo Bryant and Pearl Glisson White Bennett who preceded him in death along with his brother, Tim White; son-in-law, Jake Beck; step-daughter, Amber. He is survived by his son, Bobby Leon (Megan) White II, Palmer; daughters, Terry (David) Knuebel, Wilmington, NC, Tammy (Lewin) Canady, Jacksonville, NC and Regina Beck of Palmer; sisters, Betty (Robert) Blaylock, Glenda Bays, Nancy Woppman, Kay White, Kathleen (Steve)Beckham and Sherry Nadaeu; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Mike Rigsby and Riley Anderson,officiating with burial to follow in the Brown's Chapel Cemetery.
