Beersheba Springs - Lemma Hazel Richardson, 84, passed away Saturday April 11, 2015 at a McMinnville Nursing Home. She was born in Beersheba Springs, Tennessee on March 23, 1931 to McKinley and Elease Walker Richardson who preceded her in death along with her sisters, Cleo Bouldin, Mary Jane Richardson, Annie Myrtle Childers, Infant sister, Iola Grace Richardson; daughter-in-law, Clayta Richardson. She attended the Cumberland Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Everett Richardson; daughters, Marsha Knight and Bertha Whitman; grandchildren, Rickey Huntley, Alicia (Jim) Taylor, Tonya Knight, Lewis Whitman and Natasha (Michael) King; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, Alton Scruggs and Melvin Childers officiating with burial to follow in the Richardson Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
