Palmer - Mr. Dan Jack Sissom, 76, passed away Thursday May 14, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He was a carpenter, member and past master of the Sewanee Lodge #405 F & AM at Tracy City and of the Methodist faith. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on December 24, 1938 to Pascal and Mildred Byers Sissom who preceded him in death along with his sister, Jessie Ruth Hartwell; brothers, Pascal Jr., Brian and Glen Sissom.
He is survived by his wife, Winnie Lockhart Sissom; daughters, Kathy Diann Cantu' and Susan (Jeff) Sissom Colston; sister, Della (Doug) Tate; grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacquelyn, Lauren and Ross; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, John Potts and John Kennedy officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery with a Masonic service at the graveside.
