Obituary of Carl Douglas Hornbuckle

GRUETLI-LAAGER - Carl Douglas Hornbuckle, 77, went home to be with his Lord on July 11, 2015 with his family at his side. He attended Gruetli Church of God and was a US Navy Veteran. He was born April 05, 1938 to Charles Jessie and Hazel Irene Roberts Hornbuckle who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia Ann LeCroy Hornbuckle; sons, Dale (Sonya K.) and Barry (Sonya D.) Hornbuckle; daughters, Cindy (Heath) Gunter, Carrie (Charles) Walker and Carla Hornbuckle; sister, Connie (Steve) Andrews; 14 grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Terry LeCroy and Willard Griffin officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation: Monday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM at Layne Funeral Home, Inc. Palmer, Tennessee
