Obituary of Rex L. Magouirk

PALMER- Rex L. Magouirk, 84, died Saturday, March 31, 2012. He was a heavy equipment operator, working up into his 80th year, until his health declined. He was born on September 01, 1927 to Otis and Orpha Meeks Magouirk who preceded him in death along with his wife, Frances Fults Magouirk; sister, Nell Rose Hoosier; brothers, Paul and Billy Joe Magouirk. He is survived by his sons, Rex Allen Magouirk and Jaromee (Diane) Magouirk; daughters, Ruth (Arnold) Cleek, Jone Hobbs, Margaret Hobbs, Janet Hobbs, Debbie Partin, Rhonda (Troy) Smith; brother, Ray Magouirk; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; mother of his children, Mary Magouirk Seagroves. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Phillip Fults officiating with burial to follow in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee
