COALMONT - William R. "Roddy" Brown, 74, died Sunday, April 01, 2012. He retired from TVA Bellefonte Nuclear Plant. He was born on June 26, 1937 to Arnold and Clara Shadrick Brown who preceded him in death along with his brother, Steven Brown. He is survived by his sons, Rush (Michelle) Brown and Wes Brown; daughters, Dianna Cook and Cindy Presley; brother, Frank Brown; sister, Jeanie (Don) Tate; 8 grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Ray Winton officiating with burial to follow in the Coalmont Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
