Obituary of Ruby Allison Willie

Beersheba Springs – Mrs. Ruby Allison Hill Willie, 75, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee after a brief illness. She was born in McMinnville on December 9, 1940 to Marcus Hill Sr. and Robby Etta Hobbs Hill who preceded her in death along with her son, Roger Dale Willie; brother, Joe C. Hill; sisters, Clara Louise Bjerke, Anita Grace “Tincy” Thomas, Sadie Bernice Russell and Mary Elizabeth “Sister” Vanhorn; niece, Nancy Perry; nephew, Jackie Brown; Bennie Clara Stewart. She was a member of the Cumberland Baptist Church and had been residing at the Bridge at Monteagle Nursing Home. She is survived by her son, Frank “Randy” Willie; brothers, Marcus H. Hill Jr. and Ronald Hill, sisters, Bennie Frances Stewart and Barbara Ann Bloodworth; nephews Wayne and Nicholas Perry; niece, Vicki Perry (Michael) Cummings; many other nieces and nephews, and her family and friends at the Bridge. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Alton Scruggs and Jeff Hill officiating with burial to follow in the Hunerwadel Cemetery.
