Beersheba Springs - Ms. Teresa Darlene "Tweety" Tate, 51, passed away at her home on Sunday January 15, 2012. She attended Killians Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Avis Richardson Davis. She is survived by her son, Steven Robert Tate; father, Paul (Janie) Oliver; sisters, Karen (Henry) Melton, Paula (Les) Woodlee, Peggy Smith, Elizabeth "Sissy" (Trey) Foster; granddaughter, Kiera Nicole Tate. Memorial Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jimmy Campbell officiating. Visitation: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
