Altamont - Mrs. Georgia Dykes, 95, passed away Saturday, April 02, 2011. She attended Altamont Church Baptist Church. She was born in Altamont on September 21, 1915 to Lee and Ida Smartt Stotts who preceded her in death along with her husband, Robert Marshall Dykes; sister, Virginia Camp; brother, Homer Stotts. She is survived by her niece, Sherry (Rodney) Malin and nephew, Steve (Ethel) Camp; great-niece, Stephanie and great-nephews, Darrell and Doug. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Micah Roberts officiating with burial to follow in the Altamont Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, TN.
