ALTAMONT - Larry Joe Stone, 64, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Altamont and a Case International Harvester Mechanic. He was preceded in death by his father, B.L. Stone. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hobbs Stone; mother, Beulah Jane "Boots" Cupp Stone; daughters, Melissa (Roy) King and Haley Stone; sons, Randy Stone and Brad (Estee) Stone; sister, Rosa Lee Long; brothers, Rex (Pam) Stone and Mikie Albert Stone; grandchildren, Chase Lee, Briley Kendal, Breuklyn Lucille, Maddux Jamison and Paizlee Addison. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the Mormon Church in Altamont with Bishop Aaron Barrett and Russell Ladd officiating with burial to follow in the Fults Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, TN.
