PALMER - Ralph Junior Scott, 75, went to be with his Lord on Friday, May 13th, 2011. He was a faithful member and Deacon of the Barkers Cove Community Church and was retired from Arnold Palmer Golf in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Bryan and Mary Daisy Howard Scott; wife, Minnie V. Kilgore Scott; daughter, Donna Borne; sister, Mary Louise White; brother, Ernest Scott. He is survived by his sons, Glenn (Kathy) Scott, Spencer, TN and Mike (Sara) Scott, Fayetteville, NC; son-in-law, Lorne Borne; brother, Vincent (Linda) Scott; sisters, Edna (Joe Ray) Layman, Janie Phillips, Betty (Earl) Atha and Christine (Willard) Perry; grandchildren, Natalie, Jacob, Isaac, Zachary, Lindsey and Jessica; loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mike Rigsby and Bro. Riley Anderson officiating with burial to follow in the Browns Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 12:00 Noon - 10:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN.
