TRACY CITY - Mrs. Phyllis Jane Campbell, 52, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 at her home. She was a member of the Palmer 1st Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her father, William "Bill" Phipps. She is survived by her husband, Tony Ray Campbell; son, David H. (Helen) Oliver, Jr., Tullahoma; step-daughter, Whitney Campbell, Tracy City; mother, Mary Jane Phipps, Midlothian, IL; sister, Ann Choate; brother, Billy Phipps; granddaughter, Abigail Elizabeth Oliver. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Albert Nunley and Bro. Mike Rigsby officiating with cremation to follow. Visitation: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Friday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN.
