PALMER - Christy Ann Kilgore Cooley, 37, of Hixson passed away Thursday, October 06, 2011 at her home. She was employed by athe Dollar Tree on Hwy. 153. She was preceded in death by her brother, Marty Kilgore; grandparents, Fred and Bertha Slatton. J.W. and Ann Kilgore. She is survived by her sons, Joe Kilgore and Trevor Cooley; daughter, Amy Cooley; great-grandson, B.J. Cartwright; parents, Marty Lewis Kilgore and Donna Slatton Farmer; friend, Joseph Lamb; half-brothers, Josh and Brandon Kilgore; aunt, Kathleen Hallman. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN.
