BEERSHEBA SPRINGS - Mrs. Annie Lee Smartt, 89, died Tuesday, December 06, 2011. She was born on March 06, 1922 to Grundy and Fronie McCorkel Richardson who preceded her in death along with her husband, Aubrey Smartt; sons, Paul David Smartt and James Alfred Smartt; sisters, Pearl Summers and Mary Richardson; brothers, McKinley, John, Isaac, Herman, Clarence and Lester Richardson. She is survived by her daughter, Reba Jane Sweeton; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Anthony Wanamaker and Bro. Jeff Hill officiating with burial to follow in the Walker Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, TN.
