GRUETLI-LAAGER - Mrs. Zora M. Johnson, 85, passed away Monday, December 26, 2011. She attended Laager Methodist Church. She was born on April 30, 1926 to John and Martha Fults Campbell who preceded her in death along with her son, Steve Allen Johnson; sisters, Nellie Sanders, Annie Rankin, Winnie Crabtree and Irene Johnson; brothers, Homer, Raymond and Alvin Campbell. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Johnson; daughters, Barbara Ann (John) Stacey and Marilyn M. (Larry) Stone; son, Phil (Brenda) Johnson; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Elbert Smith and Bro. Larry Campbell officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN.
