Obituary of Freddie Eugene Smith

Tunnell Hill, Georgia – Mr. Freddie Eugene Smith, 60, died Sunday July 31, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He was born in Grundy County, Tennessee on February 2, 1956 to Elvin Franklin and Beulah Bell Robertson Smith who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Herbert Chester, Alfred,Hal, Dee and Bob Smith; sisters, Aline Hargis, Martha Caldwell, Mary Burnett, Lou Bess and Edna Brown. He is survived by his son, Evan (Amanda) Smith; daughters, Amanda Smith and Jeannie Smith (Cody Bunch); sisters, Betty (Don) Mathis and Lois Lance; brothers, Sam (Faye) Smith, “Troy (Angie) Smith; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; companion, Kerry Turner a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.
