Altamont – Mrs. Betty Sue Killian, 68, died Tuesday evening October 11, 2016 at her home with her family at her bedside. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on February 26, 1948 to Marshall and Iola Green King who preceded her in death along with her husband, Jerry Leon Killian; brother, Elmer Cline King.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Altamont Ward.
She is survived by her sons, Jason (Heather) Killian and Jeremy Killian; daughters, Amanda (Zac) Cullis and Margaret (Michael Jr) Kirby; grandchildren, Makayla, Alex, Kaitlyn, Michael III and Kadan; brothers, Paul (Florence) King, Glenn King and Howell (Sharon) King; sisters, Ruth Knight, Mae (Andrew) Eubanks and Rose (Ken Diesburg) Bone; several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Elder Charlie Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Altamont Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
