Palmer – Mrs. Bonnie Juanita Watts, 75, of Valley View Assisted living in Whitwell, Tennessee died Wednesday December 7, 2016 at the Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on January 19, 1941 to Lester Grady and Iva Beatrice Frizzell Smith who preceded her in death along with her husband, Parker Watts, Jr.; brother, Albert Lester Smith; sisters, Faye Dent Hoosier, Patsy Carrick, Ann Smith and Alberta Griffith.
She is survived by her sisters, Robena (Pat) Tate, Whitwell and Betty Blankenship, Dunlap; brother, Billy Wade (Barbara) Smith, Hillsboro; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Spencer VanHora officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
