Altamont – Mrs. Mae Barrett, 65, passed away Wednesday March 9, 2017 at the Harton Hospital in Tullahoma. She was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on June 8, 1951. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Myers; son, Brad Allen Barrett; sister, Faye Wiley.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Barrett; mother, Mary Ellen “Tootie” Myers; sons, Jeffery Douglas (Kathy) Barrett and Dustin Barrett; sister, Margie Fults; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Minster Dal Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Airview Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
