Obituary of Blake Fults

Gruetli-Laager – Mr. Michael Blake Fults, 25, passed away at his home in Chattanooga unexpectedly on Friday April 14, 2017. He was born in Chattanooga, TN on July 10, 1991. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Dale Fults; grandmother, Wanda Layne; grandfather, Ray Fults, grandparents, Alvin and Dean Campbell. He is survived by his mother, Tammy Campbell Fults; sister, Brittany (Dustin Bivens) Fults; love of his life, Chelsea Morrison; nephews, Holden, Carter and Cameron; grandfather, Crandle Layne, Coalmont and Grandmother, Joy Fults, Gruetli-Laager; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Dave Hodges, Luke Stiefel and Chelsea Morrison officiating with burial to follow in the Swiss Colony Cemetery.
