Obituary of Ola Jo Barrett

Altamont – Mrs. Ola Jo Barrett, 71, passed away, Sunday March 11, 2018 at the Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.  She was born in Altamont, Tennessee on May 21, 1946 to Eugene Hampton and Lois Dendy Hampton who preceded her in death along with her sister, Mamie Barrett; brothers, J.C., L.D., H.L., Otis and Billy Hampton; husband, Jackie Barrett.

She is survived by her daughters, Charlene (Mike) Jones, McMinnville and Chastity (Mark) Brown, Smyrna, Tennessee; sisters, Katherine (Bobby) Hobbs and Betty Meeks; brother, James (Donna) Hampton, all of Altamont; grandchildren, Eileen, Scarlett, Katie and Jack; several nieces and nephews.
