Obituary of Randolph Campbell

Gruetli-Laager – Mr. Randolph Campbell, 85, passed away, Wednesday May 2, 2018 at the Bridge in Monteagle Nursing Home. He was born in Grundy County on September 22, 1932 to Johnny Campbell and Lucille Sweeton Campbell who preceded him in death along with his infant brother, Rudolph; brother, Gene Campbell; sister, Anna Lou Hampton; son, Randy Campbell; daughter, Tammy Miller Rhea; grandson, Michael D. Miller.

He attended the Sweeton Hill Congregational Methodist Church.

He is survived by his nephew and caregivers, Todd and Melanie Hampton and their daughter Haley; grandchildren, Jarrica La Rae Haynes, Joshua E. Rhea, Mary Beth Smith, Lindsey Rhea and Jared Hargis; several great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday at the Fall Creek Cemetery with Minister John Potts officiating. Visitation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
