Obituary of Arter Clinton Forsyth

 Beersheba Springs – Mr. Arter Clinton “A.C” Forsyth, 77, passed away, Friday May 25, 2018 at the Saint Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, Tennessee. He was born in Spencer, Tennessee on March 23, 1941 to Joseph Thomas Forsyth and Sarah Rhevena Baker who preceded him in death along with his infant brother, Roger Dale Forsyth; infant daughter, Sandra Lee Forsyth and sister, Rose Pease.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda King Forsyth; son, Clinton (Elaine) Forsyth; daughter, Fay Spell; brothers, Robert (Mildred), Roy G. (Tincy) and Joe T. Forsyth; sisters, Delma Meeks and Emma (David) Fincher; grandchildren, Tiffany (Jordan) Broadway, Trent and Cody Forsyth; great grandchildren, McKenzie, Hallie, Ross, Mollie and Jackson; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, Alton Scruggs and Dal Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Walker Cemetery. Visitation: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
