My thoughts and prayers are with my siblings Weedy, Carl, and Harold during this difficult time. Ms Abbie was nothing but loving and accepting to my children and myself from day one of meeting her Nov 1984. She treated us like one of her own. My condolences are extended to the entire community in which Abbie, no doubt was adored and admired. She was a real class act, tough as nails lady, and as genuine a person, if ever there was. She will be missed by all. Rest in Peace Granny Abbie, us Yankees loved you to pieces.
