So very sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Smartt. I had the pleasure of meeting him while I was working as a cashier of Wiley’s Pharmacy. Mr. Smartt always entered the establishment with a smile on his face and was just the kindest person to me. Please except my sincere condolences.
